When caring for employees became a measurable strategy. 2025 results from Stayf

The year 2025 definitively erased the boundary between "soft" HR and "hard" business results. Well-being, psychological safety, and culture have ceased to be mere trends—they have become the language of growth, resilience, and profit. This year, our mission was to become the best "translator" into this new language. We took complex concepts, global reports, and new laws—and turned them into practical solutions.

Science that can be applied

One of Stayf's key missions is to bridge the gap between cutting-edge well-being science and practical business tasks. We don't just follow trends—we translate data from global studies, create measurable tools based on them, and analyze international experiences to offer companies effective solutions.

How it works in practice:

  • Webinar on the World Happiness Report. We conducted not a review, but a practical interpretation of the report. We analyzed how happiness statistics correlate with key business metrics: revenue, employee turnover, and innovation capacity.
  • The study "How Much Does Your Company Care for Employees" is a scientific and applied development by Stayf. We conducted an analysis that transforms the abstract concept of "employee care" into a clear measurable profile and a personal action plan for improvement.
"Architecture of Solutions"—building a well-being system

When a new requirement emerged—the NR-1 Law in Brazil on managing psychosocial risks—we saw it not as a challenge, but as a call for systemic thinking. Our task is to provide companies not with a set of disparate checklists, but a holistic "constructor". It allows not just to comply with the law but to integrate mental health care into daily processes, turning it from a cost item into a driver of productivity and loyalty.

The Stayf platform is an ecosystem for growth, not just another tool. This principle underlies all our services. We create not separate "point" solutions that increase operational burden, but a unified digital ecosystem. Its goal is to become an invisible yet indispensable foundation that automatically supports well-being, collects data, and provides analytics for strategic decisions. This is not an added task for HR—it is the architecture for their strategic work.

The role of "Dialogue Moderator"—shaping the agenda for the future of HR

Stayf not only actively researches trends in corporate well-being and HR but also lays the groundwork for future innovations. A key event of the year was the launch of our own podcast. This project united a community of leading experts to seek answers to the most important questions: what will HR look like in ten years, will artificial intelligence replace specialists, and how will the HR function itself transform?

  • Podcast "HR Future". This is our ongoing "discussion platform". We don't just listen to experts; we provoke open conversations on pressing topics, setting the tone for the entire community.

Participation in forums (HR NEXT, HR4People, Human Capital Forum). We were not "guests" but active co-authors of the agenda. Moderation, expert sessions—this means we determined what the entire HR community in the region would discuss.

Results, forecasts, and actions

In 2025, Stayf did not just implement projects. We consistently fulfilled three missions: translating science into business language, building solutions for the most complex tasks, and creating a space for professional dialogue. In 2026, this approach will become even more critical. Businesses will need not disparate tools but a holistic well-being ecosystem where data, strategy, and culture work as a single mechanism. We are ready to build it together with you. Start with diagnostics. Take our study and receive a map of your current "care ecosystem"—the first step towards a growth strategy for the new year.
