Fintech Challenge: When Activity Benefits All

The Fintech Charity Challenge brings together companies from the Fintech, Web3, and Crypto sectors, creating a competitive environment in a great friendly atmosphere while providing an opportunity to contribute to a good cause.
How It Works
The goal of the charity challenge is to help employees lead a more active lifestyle while contributing to meaningful initiatives. Here’s how the Fintech challenge works:
Step 1. Forming teams from employees. Companies create groups of enthusiasts ready to change the world through sports.
Step 2. Choosing a mission. Each team selects a charity to support.
Step 3. Participants use the Stayf platform and engage in activities.
Step 4. Users earn points for workouts, climb the rankings, and support their colleagues.
Step 5. Companies distribute prize funds among the chosen organizations, with funds increasing for teams that finish in 3rd, 2nd, and 1st places.

Objectives of the Charity Challenge

1. Unite Teams
Strengthen relationships among employees, improve understanding and teamwork through shared goals and engaging activities. Encourage a spirit of competition and interaction.
2. Enhance Wellbeing and Productivity
Help employees boost their energy levels, company commitment, and personal effectiveness through a healthy lifestyle.
3. Strengthen Corporate Brand
Show employees the company’s values, offer to change the world for the better together. By taking an active stance, enhance corporate culture and positively impact retention rates.
4. Develop Networking
Create valuable connections within the professional community and foster mutually beneficial collaboration with innovative companies in the Fintech, Web3, and Crypto sectors.

Why the challenge is a unique event

  1. Real-time competition. The real-time leaderboard fuels participants' excitement.
  2. Achievements and rewards. Users earn virtual trophies and badges for their progress.
  3. Social engagement. Friendly rivalry and communication through internal channels are encouraged.
  4. The main reward. A meaningful donation—employees are not just competing for themselves; they contribute to an important cause they care about.
The philosophy of the challenge
"The more you run, swim, or meditate—the greater your contribution to charity. This turned every morning run into an important initiative."

Victoria Fowler,
HRD Anna Money.
I am very pleased to be part of this initiative! The charity challenge allowed Anna Money employees from different parts of the world to come together and unite for a common cause! We witnessed inspiring stories as our employees dedicated time to their physical and mental health and were over the moon with their achievements. The wonderful app and the entire Stayf team made this possible. Using the app was very easy and convenient; we found a wealth of useful information, sources of motivation, and support that helped employees stay engaged and active.
